Qt Visual Studio Tools 2.3.1 Release

  1. 1. Debugging QML

Qt Visual Studio Tools 2.3.1 have been released for the Visual Studio Marketplace.

Important changes include:

  • Debugging QML programs in the Visual Studio IDE (introduced in development version v2.3.0)
  • Forward compilation of QML files using fast Qt compiler (introduced in development version v2.3.0)
  • Visual Studio 2019 support
  • Fixes for bugs reported in version 2.3.0

For details on what's included in this version, please refer to the changelog .

The installation package can be installed directly from Visual Studio (via the "Tools > Extensions and Updates..." menu). Alternatively, it can be downloaded from this page .

Debugging QML

The new QML debugging feature will not be enabled by default. It must be explicitly enabled by opening the Qt project settings and setting the "QML Debugging" option to "Enabled".

Доброй ночи.
Вы случайно не знаете как настроить редактор Visual Studio 2019 на работу с QML.
Подсветка кода работает а подсказки нехотят появлятся. Расширение Qt установлено версия 3.0.1.
Версия Qt 5.15. Спасибо.

Добрый день. Нет, не подскажу. Не пользуюсь Visual Studio для проектов на Qt.
