How to move an ellipse circle through the x,y co ordinates line in QTCustom plot???

I don`t understood, what you means.
You want do it with mouse moving? Or only programmatically?

line/curve will be formed by the x,y co ordinate values in the qcustomplot graph..

thing I want now is a circle will be created at the origin point (0,0).that circle should move on the line from origin to end point ....

When you create your line, curves, you can store pointer of these objects, and set x and y values by timer via method of setting x or y, unfortunatelly i don`t remember details. When you set this parameters, you should to invoke replot() method of graphics.
