Prohibitions and restrictions

  1. It is forbidden to post and discuss information that is contrary to the legislation of the Russian Federation, including those resulting in inter-ethnic hatred and intolerance, as well as erotic content.
  2. It is forbidden to use obscene expressions in any form, insult other forum participants, deliberately use expressions that are contrary to the rules of the Russian language, including the “олбанский” language.
  3. It is forbidden to post any materials that violate copyrights (without the permission of the copyright holder), as well as links to them.
  4. It is forbidden to create themes with meaningless names like “Help!”, “Question”, etc.
  5. It is forbidden to post a topic in several subsections of one section at a time (cross-hosting), and also duplicate a topic in one section.
  6. It is forbidden to post advertising content without the consent of the Resource Administration.
  7. It is forbidden to create and distribute malicious software, viruses, crack and crack license software, and publish links for downloading.
  8. It is forbidden to publish links to other forums, as well as their propaganda.
  9. It is forbidden to create several accounts (users-clones).
  10. It is forbidden to use nicknames, avatars, signatures and other profile elements that are of an advertising nature, insulting forum participants who violate these Rules or the legislation of the Russian Federation.
  11. It is forbidden to maliciously interfere with the work of the Resource in order to disrupt its operation or to gain access to the personal data of the Resource participants.
  12. It is forbidden to post topics for evaluating sites (forums) with links to the estimated site. For evaluation, attach a screenshot of the site.
  13. Over-quoting is forbidden. Cite only the necessary parts of the messages you are responding to.
  14. It is forbidden to place tasks and solutions in the form of pictures and other files with their text.
  15. It is forbidden to create topics in the form of links to assignments or program codes located on other sites.
  16. It is forbidden to publish answers to questions or solve problems from the forum to other sites and give references to them as a response.
  17. It is forbidden to use nicknames, avatars and statuses that duplicate, imitate or resemble nicknames, avatars and statuses of social network administration representatives.
  18. It is forbidden to deliberately mislead other social network users.
